Overview

Step Up to Half is Canberra Runners’ Half Marathon training program designed to help you finish the Canberra Runners Half Marathon with a smile on your face.

Who should register?

This training program is designed for those who:

  • – Want to run a half marathon PB or improve your half marathon times.
  • – Want to run the Canberra Runners Half Marathon.
  • – Have never run a half marathon before.
  • – Run regularly and want to step up to a half marathon distance.
  • – Need some running buddies.

It would be preferable that participants can run 5k reasonably comfortably.

Please note, this training program is for 18 years or older.
